Fund-Raising Performances

Proceeds from annual fund-raising theater and music performances go into the Foundation’s general fund to help finance a wide variety of educational program enrichments.

For example, the ever-popular AlphaBet Soup Productions performs for District 204 audiences twice each year.

Cinderella.jpg (13682 bytes)Other Foundation fund-raisers have included performances by nationally known entertainers such as the Count Basie Big Band, Maynard Ferguson and his Big Bop Nouveau Band, the Northern Illinois Jazz Band, the Mamas and the Papas, nationally recognized magician Andy Dallas, and the comedy/improv group Second City National Touring Company.
